Hampstead Heath Pharmacy offers private Beyfortus (nirsevimab) today for infants who fall outside the narrow NHS programme. NHS Beyfortus is restricted to babies born before 32 weeks gestation, or those with specific high-risk medical conditions such as chronic lung disease (bronchopulmonary dysplasia), significant congenital heart disease, or severe immune deficiency (SCID). All other infants who would benefit from RSV protection sit outside that programme, and we are one of the only UK private clinics offering this service.

Beyfortus (nirsevimab) is a long-acting monoclonal antibody, not a vaccine. It provides direct RSV protection from day 1 after injection.
